Having moved every 3 years and living 12 years out of the Country in Japan, France and England as a daughter of an Air Force pilot I have found my permanent home in Santa Cruz County. Upon earning my Real Estate license in 1976 I started working in Santa Cruz County as a full time agent. Two years later, I obtained my Broker’s license. From 1980-1990 I managed and trained a large Real Estate office (ERA Real Estate Center) in Scotts Valley. Having worked as full time agent in Santa Cruz County since 1976, I am thoroughly knowledgeable with the entire County of Santa Cruz. 

 I am one of the owners and 2009 President of the offices of Century 21 Showcase REALTORS.

 

             Many locals are friends and acquaintances of the Stelle family. I am a very dedicated mother of two daughters, Anya (married Seth Dunn) and Lisa (married Pete Vomvolakis) who were all raised in Santa Cruz County. They attended San Lorenzo Valley and Santa Cruz schools. Anya graduated with her BA in Business/Accounting from San Diego State and works for the Franchise Tax Board as a Multi-State Corporate Tax Auditor.  Lisa graduated from San Jose State and has been teaching 3^{rd and 4th} grades in Felton at SLE the past 5 years. We are a very close family and I am proud of them all.

 

 Education, community involvement and hard work run in the Stelle family. I am a Graduate Residential Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, E-Pro designation, 2004 President of the Woman’s Council of Realtors, a member of San Lorenzo Valley Property Owners Group, a volunteer with the American Red Cross with a disaster preparedness team.

Ambassador with the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce (2008), SCAOR Housing Foundation Trustee (2004-2007) and I represent our County at the REIL MLS Advisory Group for the Bay area (2005-2009). I am dedicated to our community and help raise money for our local schools.

 

I am a hard worker, and I will work hard for you. I love to help young first-time buyers find their first home, as well as help seasoned investors (either rentals or commercial), second homes, and retirement homes. I will guide you in the right direction with the professionals to help with important decisions regarding your hard earned money and equity.
